Miracle Worker - Typography animation
Hi all
This isn't exactly a template for the video (can't actually have a template for this style of video. You have to do this slides manually) It's the .psh file with the jpegs that I used for the video. For those who are familiar with Proshow Producer, pretty much if you go through the slides one by one, you will know how I did this cause it isn't exactly rocket science. It took me seven hours to do this video and it was my first try on typography animation. The one that was featured in photodex blog site actually have a slight error. The psh file I am giving you does not. First thing you have to remember to do is, get your script right and the size of your fonts. Correcting those mistakes are a pain. Hence, the error.
To get the vignette, I used one of Photodex gradient eclipse png file. I replaced that with something I made in blue. Do remember that you have to finish all the content of the video first before you apply that vignette to the top of the jpeg files. I did not include the sound track.
I hope this is understandable enough.

Hi Suki,
Had the pleasure of watching your show via You-Tube and totally loved it. I am a big fan of typography. You can tell this was no "let's slap a show together" kind of thing. Your efforts paid off well. You did a wonderful job with the animation. Thanks so much for sharing.
Hugs, Stephanie

Now that was a lot of work, and all the work paid off completely! Standing ovation.
Is the speaker American or Canadian? I'm asking because I noticed the spelling is British.

My pleasure.. I hope all of you would find it useful for your next project. Speaker is Taylor Mali. You can find other people making such typography animation for his poems and speeches using after effects. Taylor is american. My spelling is british cause raised British Educational system.

Now that is a classic (and oh, so very appropriate !! ). Excellent job (although the speech was a bit garbled on my end - Comcast has been doing funny things recently).

Wonderful! Thanks. As an ex-teacher, I enjoyed the content. As a Proshow "enthusiast," I enjoyed and appreciated your hard work and creativity. Thanks so much!

Hi Suki,
I enjoyed not only the splendid Typographical animation work in this production but also the message.
Thank you for offering the download of the psh file. Having the file is a time saving useful tool that allows users a closer look at the construction of the caption segments.
Well done and welcome to the forum.
