ProShow Producer for Real Estate

Postby caboking » Wed Oct 14, 2009 6:28 pm

I have been creating slide shows for use with property marketing since 2005. I am the Managing Broker for Coldwell Banker in Seattle. This forum has helped me a bunch as I consider the slide shows my hobby. I love the recent Style sets that Photodex has created and use them along with video add-ons, voice over’s and of course, High Rez photos. I recently created a "blast" teaser for the Hyatt Hotel in Seattle. High energy based upon our buyer demographic. The Olive 8 condominium project sits on top of the Hyatt Hotel downtown. In your business applications, no matter your industry, there IS a place for marketing using this program. I have attached a link to the “Blast Vid.” It is a HUGE file!

Michael,

!!! WOW !!!

What a great show :) - I love so much to see different "Real Life - Real Projects" Shows.

Your's is dynamic, very polished, (slick and sleek) - marketing is included in its best form,
Logo and all pertinent information just in right places ...
...and your imaginative use of the different Styles is flowing so well !!

And if i may: the only - (kind of) - out of space, not fitting the robust "rectangular" and shiny imagery
is between 2:51 and 2:55 - a couple pictures with yellowish background in irregular jagged black frame.

Thanks again for sharing this memorable show with us -
- what an example to learn from !!!

Alexandra

Great stuff! You just sold me an apartment
Windows 7 HP 64-bit, Intel i5 2500K Quad Core, 8GB RAM, 1.0GB Ge-Force NVIDIA GTX 560i, Adobe Photoshop CS5, Producer 6 (GPU Benchmark was 336, now 324), a big old Canon 20D and a funky Canon Powershot G15

Another great business market idea. Thanks. I especially like the floating text treatment in the final seconds.
With SonicFire Pro 5, you could even add a few music "hits" during those glass-breaking slides like a cymbal flare or even a breaking glass effect. :)

Hi Michael,

This is a very attractive production with great images. I'm not sure I would have put so many breaking glass 'transition' effects in the show but the majority of the presentation is sexy, inviting and has a pretty good pace and feel to it. The opening shots of the skyline at day and night was a fabulous idea! It would have been even more cool to have the images taken from the same exact spot (on a tripod) during the day and then at night so you could transition into that night scene with a fade as if one were standing in that room.

Thanks so much for sharing this with us. :D

I actually need one of these done for my Home Theater Company.

Kind of a 30-60 second commercial of who we are, what we do and a Why use us?
Images, Text and music with a call to action at the end or something.

I have Producer but very little time....

If anyone is interested in this for some pay of course...
& or trade for website marketing/traffic/Lead Generation ideas.
(I do this also.)

please contact me.

thanks in advance,

Michael,
I would agree with Debbie about the broken and flying glass. Other than that it was definitely a very professional high impact (music and effects) piece of advertising. Well done ! I also love the Olive 8 sage green colors.

I love the scrolling images at the end.
Could you please share with me the style you used?
Thanks!

I used the "Glowing Title Montage" Slide style. It was a 15 second slide with a 2 second transition in and a 4 second transition out.
