text masking

Postby reptep » Sat Jul 26, 2014 10:04 am

Hi all
i have a picture of water.
I want my text to move from top to bottom but to disappear under a mask when it hits the water.
I can't figure out if i can do that. I have done with photos but not with text.
Is that possible in psp5
Thank you very much

No, that is not possible in version 5.

Text as a layer has been introduced only in Producer 6.

But, you can write your text in a graphic editor, save it as png file with transparency, and insert it in Producer as a regular image that can be placed under a mask.

AAAHHH YES. I remember doing something like that before
I have been off the program for a little bit and my mind just can't store enough information these days.
Thank you for the suggestion
