guess I need to learn how to take better pictures with my cell phone.
It seems very odd in a time when nearly every one has photo and video capability at hand all the time, that those with a camera whose only function is to take pictures gets singled out for harassment.
Sometimes more than others "may you live in interesting times" is truly a curse.

It would seem the writer (photographer-turned-lawyer) is fighting the good fight: Freedom of the press. I'm all for upholding the U.S. Constitution, and it's lovely to see that others are too.
