Output a video when the Photodex server no longer exists

Proshow Producer still works for me, except when I want to publish a video. That's when Proshow phones home for updates, but alas home no longer exists. Therefore the program hangs. Is there a way around that?

Than no update check ?
Preferences --> Miscelaneous --> Check for updates OFF ( every .. days )

My PSP never asks for update.....

Hmm. Upgrades checking is off. When I said updates, I meant Proshow looking for codex updates from the server when doing a Publish.

I found help from a Proshow group on FB. The solution is to create a firewall rule that rejects outgoing traffic from Proshow. That worked!
