PSG7 - publishing issues

Postby Rick_Brown » Tue May 26, 2015 6:28 am

since upgrading to version 7 publishing has become a right nightmare, has anyone else experienced this?

Is it worth me uninstalling and then reinstalling?

Rick,
Publishing where? YouTube? or DVD or...?

Best thing is to send a problem report to Photodex' Service Dept, so that may know about this issue, and fix it.

Creating an mpg file shouldn't be any different than in previous versions. All the more reason to write to Photodex.

When you talk to Photodex, be sure and give them as many details about the problem and how to create it as you can. The easier it is for them to re-create the issue on their test machines, the more likely they are to be able to solve it in a timely fashion (this goes for talking to other companies as well - "it doesn't work right" doesn't give them a lot to go on).

You can't have too many gadgets or too much disk space !!

Lots of PIC and Arduino microprocessor stuff too !!
