Imported Canon video hangs intermittently
I imported a short 84 second video from my Canon 6d into a 7 minute slideshow. It will hang at different spots when running the video portion, no problem wit the slides. I copied the show to a thumb drive and ran it on a slower pc without issue. If I burn it to a DVD or Blu-ray it runs great. I've rebooted and tried running it NOT in Full Screen mode, but it makes no difference, it still hangs when in the video portion.
My main machine hardware (Sept 2015 build) where it fails:
BX80646I74790K Core i7-4790K 4 GHz Processor
GA-H97M-D3H Micro-ATX Motherboard
16 GB Ram
Gigabyte GV-N960G1 WITH 4 GB GDDR5/128 BIT GPU
BenQ BL2711 27" 4k monitor
120 GB SSD
My wife's machine that it works on (other than a SSD) is a pretty generic.
Otherwise my new PC works like a champ.

Re: Imported Canon video hangs intermittently
I don't know what you are running into, but I would suggest calling Photodex tomorrow and talking to them - they may want a short video as a sample to play with. Certainly seems odd that a slower machine handles it fine, but the fast on has an issue
