Need clarification.

Are you saying parts of your logo that should be transparent are not transparent?

Can you post a link to the intro that would illustrate the problem?

Thank you for help me on this.
Yes sir, parts of my logo that should be transparent are not transparent.
This is my first time to post on this group. Please show me how to attach files to this mail.
Thanks again.

If you have online storage like dropbox, or Google drive, you can upload your file(s) there and copy and paste the link in your post.

like this:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/nobbtd40n071i ... t.wmv?dl=0 This wouls allow the file to be opened or downloaded.

What format is the image for your logo? Your best option would be to use a png file. A jpg does not have a transparency channel.

Hi Dancer,

I was able to download the files. I opened Final.png in photoshop and saw the "shadow" background in your logo even though the RGB value showed (0,0,0)

I selected that background, deleted it and re-saved the file as Final-1.png

Replace your old logo file with this new one and it should fix your problem. This new file is larger than your original file but that should not matter in your show.

Joe

added: I'm going to guess that the logo was originally a CMYK image converted to RGB because the background did show a CMYK value of 75%, 68%, 67%, 90% in photoshop.
