Little bug on the forum ?

Postby Apolinaire » Thu Oct 08, 2015 2:22 am

Hello,
I'm surprised to see this problem of dates on my screen. My last visit is 2.5 years before my last post! Isn't it a little bug on the forum? Doesn't matter but it's weird...

I have mentioned this before and Mike says it's not a bug, that's how it's supposed to work.

In fact, that date reflects the last time you logged in, not the last time you visited. To change it you must log out and log in again.

So, about once every 7-10 days I log out and log back in because I use "View New Posts" a lot. And that's how I sort of keep the list from growing out of control.

Thank you Heckydog. Now I know how it works. But be indulgent, I'm French and my poor english langage made me understand that "last visit" was the last time I visited the forum. Ah! these French, incorrigible!

Don't feel bad - I'm born in the US "English" and I read it the same way

Hello,
Don't worry Mickey, I was joking, even if my english language (with a "u" this time) is not perfect !
All the best.
