Updating a previous show.

Postby Crafter » Mon Jul 03, 2017 1:16 pm

I wish to update a previous show but am unable to access the original show although I can get it to play on the computer. Any ideas please?

Hello

You cannot update a show if you do not have the original px file and all images, sound and videos used to create it.

I have never deleted any of my shows. I can find the psdata files but that doesn't seem to help. As I said I can view the shows on the computer but I cannot update them. I want to update previous shows with this year's photos.

Hi

If you have the psh file (extension psh) an all images files, you just need to open the psh file and add slides...

You wouldn't believe how many times I have tried to access these files. Why I can't get them to work I don't know. I am so frustrated!!! Many thanks for trying to help.

You could try copying the psh and pxc files to another folder and then rename both files. Try opening the show using the new name.

If it doesn't work, you still have the untouched original files.
