changing slides by user

I am wondering if there is a way for someone to be able to control the length of a slide during a verbal presentation. The person giving the presentation would be able to change the slide after talking about it.

Only if you create an executable instead of the usual video format.
Publish > Executable.

You will be able to use the Space Bar to move from slide to slide. There are also some additional functions that you can define as well, if you go this way.
