Getting a text list of slides, files in show

Postby ozstar » Wed Mar 04, 2020 2:28 pm

Hi,

I have the latest PSG with 390 slides and video clips in it.

I would like to have a text print out of the slides in their order.

I see the File list which is great butcan't see how it can be printed out.

Also would like the amount of view time allocated to each slide on the list too if possible.

Thanks

oz

Many thanks for the link and help.

Unfortunately it looks like the Net Framework version that is required is no longer available. When I go to the link they give, I get offered vers 4+ which doesn't work,.
The panel keeps asking for vers 1.1 +.

I find it amazing that they did not include a 'Print' Here' for the list. Such a handy thing to have.

Anyway. I do appreciate your help.

Thanks again.

Hello

This is only Microsoft Excel, no framework needed

Probably works more or less the same way with a free software as open office calc or google Sheets

Were you able to resolve your issue? If not, let me know and I can update this utility. I have been away from ProShow for a long time, but would like to get reacquainted. Let me know if there are new features that you would like to see added.

All the best,
-Vernon

Hi again,

No thank you for asking but unfortunately I wasn't able to get what I needed.

I just need a list of all the files..

1. In order of how they ran
2. What type of file they are avi, jp etc
3. How long they have on screen
4. Screen dimensions
5. Size
6. Date Modified

These are what the File List shows but can't print out.

Of course need to print across one Landscape A4 page.

I like the options to show in different orders... like show order, size, date, name etc. but this is cream on the cake.

It would be wonderful if you were able to do this and I'm sure many would be grateful for it.

Thanks again,

oz

Oz,
It has been a long time since I looked at this. I am not sure what all information is contained in the PSH file. But whatever is there, we will do our best to dig it out for you. I will PM you so that we can collaborate on Version 2 of the tool.

Regards,
