okay....being a newbie....this is a very basic question, but I am certainly stumped...How can I get rid of what appears to be the first slide of my show on the menu slide. I actually don't have chapters in my show...just the title page...however...as the background I have chosen one that psg offers....I just want that and the title to my show...not the first slide on top of it. Does that make sense? sorry for such a basic question that I'm sure has a very simple and easy solution!

OK, I think I understand what you are asking -- see if this is what you mean

(starts with the first slide, no menu). If that is what you are looking for,
what you do is when you are ready to upload/create your show, on the
menu "Theme" selection, the first on is "No Menu" -- select that and it
will start as soon as it loads. If I misunderstood your question, let me
know and I'll try again (sooner or later I'm bound to get it right !! )
