Free Styles for ProShow Producer

Postby im42n8 » Mon May 17, 2010 2:56 pm

I've just release a basic set of styles for Producer (Located on the Freebies page). These are similar to the ones I released for Gold. However, Producer provides a lot of other options. So, all 3 styles provide styles in Raw, Bare, 3:2, and 4:3 image aspect ratios.

TERMS
Raw. The image has a ProShow border and shadow attached to it.
Bare. The image itself is used as a mask and a border/shadow layer. Image zooming occurs within the confines of the mask.
I. The image is masked to a 3:2 aspect ratio and a layer is used for a border and shadow.
II. The image is masked to a 4:3 aspect ratio and a layer is used for a border and shadow.

There are 3 styles: Portrait Basic, Landscape Basic, and Dual Portrait.

What these allow you to do is to put the image(s) on the slide, apply the style, and continue working. They images are basically positioned to the center of the screen, sized to 90% of the "Fit to Safe Zone," and given a border and shadow. The dual portrait style positions the images at similar locations left and right.

Effectively, these simple styles can save some time and effort in simple setup of the images on a slide.

Enjoy!

Great Tutorial, and just what I need. Masking is a deep
dark mystery for me. This will help.
Thanks a bunch Dale.
