Book opening effect

Postby Mrstefer » Thu Aug 16, 2007 3:21 pm

I am very new to Proshow producer and I seen a video where it has a row of books and one moves out goes to the ground and opens up. Any suggestions on how it is done?

Oh, that one?
That is one of the most easiest effects I ever saw.
You buy it here:

Here is an example of a book opening I did in Producer. If this is anything like what you are looking for, I'll ask Mike to host the files that make it happen - it's not technically a template and does require that you have a photoediting program such as Photoshop. I have made a Photoshop temple available to assist in building the images.

Steve,

I'm sorry to say that it will not work in PSG. One of the features that Producer has is the ability to zoom in the X and Y directions independently. The dual axes of zoom are locked together in PSG. Unfortunately, the way this effect happens is to unlock the zooming in Producer and zoom out the X-axis while leaving the Y-axis alone.
