Discuss anything ProShow Producer related

Some people state that the server is back and Proshow is now working others still cannot register
The following allows you to get up and running without the server and downloading the crack file, as you only need 3 files.
Rename the following 3 files in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Photodex\ProShow Producer
all.dnt
if.dnt
pshow.dnt
Download the 3 files from this link
https://www.dropbox.com/sh/g06cdgzzgvxg ... 8BfQa?dl=0and past into the above folder.
ProShow Producer will now work and you don't need to activate.
If you look in the registration there will not be a registration key listed, just leave it as is.

Thanks so much for making the effort to post those 3 files. I downloaded them, renamed the old ones, copied the downloaded ones, ran Proshow, and it worked. Now I have your instructions and files for when that server goes off-line again, or my computer dies and I have to reinstall, whichever comes first! Thanks again.

Hi All,
I wonder if it's a good idea to show the 3 crack files on this forum?
Having access to the versions of Proshow Gold and Producer files also on the forum means anyone can install the software for free.
It also means whoever is kindly running the server can say to themselves why should I keep it running.
None of us liked what happened to Photodex and I'm sure one of the reasons it shut down was because.of piracy.

These 3 files do not infringe the legally use of ProShow.
Every one who will use these files should have a valid license to install the software and if the install process can't get to the server, il will be impossible to have a working program.

Hello Mal,
Unfortunately, it is some years since I have been on this site, but I desperately need help.
Your description of how to overcome the 'Illegal Copy' situation seemed easy until I tried it.
The first problem encountered was how or what to rename the 3 files you identify.
Then do you paste the 3 new files into the general folder 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Photodex\ProShow Producer' and not into the specific 3 folders identified by yourself.
I do have some of their 'slide styles' and 'transition' add on's as well. Will these be affected as well, needing to re input registration details
Thank you so much
Roy

Hello again,
I have solved my problem with both registration and the 'Illegal Copy' message.
I uninstalled the Proshow from my computer completely, cleaned any remaining left over files and then
installed the programme from scratch.
When loading, it automatically knew I was registered so no messing with key numbers and it is now working perfectly.
Hope this helps
Roy

These 3 files were uploaded because the server was down.

Hi All
I would like to know where to download these 3 files, the above dropbox link didn't work now.
Thanks

Looks like the dropbox link is now invalid. Could someone who has the three files post them somewhere for the rest of us to download please? My PSP V9 version is working fine, but I'd like the insurance of being able to get if functional again if I have to reinstall.

Many thanks. It's good have the backup option if required.

I wanted to share with you and others that by renaming the 3 files and by downloading your 3 files to replace them worked out great.

It's not working for me. I have copied and replaced the three files, renamed the originals then pasted the three files, replaced each of the three one by one testing function of the program to determine what affect each had and I still can't get anything to work.
Both If.dnt files are 6,644KB but the new one deletes the trial version information. I can't tell exactly what the other two files do.
My problem is this: If I run the raw PSP9 program everything works including the ability to "edit slides. It seems there is full functionality with the exception of the "Trial" banner on the slides.
When I replace three files the trial disappears but I have no ability to edit any slides and the wizard options disappear when opening. I have to click the FX button to apply slide styles and there is no preview.
Is PSP 9 compatible with Windows XP? That might be my problem except it works fine with my version 7 and the raw trial program.
Any help is appreciated.

When I install Proshow Producer should I first enter my serial number or just bypass that and add the 3 files mentioned?
