Keyframe Editor
Hello Forum,
the keyframe editor no longer works for me. It does not open but blocks all further steps in the program.
Is that the same with you, do you have an explanation for it?
Best regards Dieter

Re: Keyframe Editor
Hello Dieter,
It lookS like ( again ) ) a new personal ps program Bug....
I read we had forum contact before.
The forum is filled with small personal problems like these.
My opnion is to start over and do a re-install of PS......
I think in three steps :
1 clean the proshow.phd and proshow.cfg in the install dirictory
still not working ?
2 Delete the program and do a reinstall, all the extra's remain.
still not working ?
3 100 % delete of the program PS and you have to a clean reinstall also the extra's
We had this discussion at : http://www.proshowenthusiasts.com/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=24368&p=179258&hilit=REVO#p179194
( tip Mona about the use of REVO uninstaller, the tip you had before........... )
Good luck
Riekelt

Re: Keyframe Editor
Hello Riekelt,
many thanks for the help.
I deleted everything that was ProShow, but it didn't help. When I want to open the keyframe editor all blocks, but when I press ESC everything works again.
Recently there was a major update of W10 and I think it has to do with it.
Thank you so much and best regards Dieter

Very strange Dieter, and not handy.....The editor is an important tool....
My editor works fine, also with the latest win update.
Perhaps an other forum user knows wat happens ??
Good luck.

If you are a Facebook member, you may want to pose your question to this group:
https://www.facebook.com/groups/466573844021880
It's called Photodex ProShow & Photopia group. This group was begun due to all the problems with PSP when Photodex closed, and they have been very helpful. They also include help with Photopia. You'll need to request to join the group.
Hope you can get this fixed.

Re: Keyframe Editor
Hello Cindy,
hello Riekelt,
It didn't help, neither did Photodex ProShow & Photopia group. I used CCleaner and Revoi. I also found another bug. In Publish-EXE the menu picture is blurred.
I will use Creator in the future, it still has a few bugs but for me it works now. Windows 10 updates will become more and more errors in PSP in the future.
Thank you so much and best regards Dieter

Re: Keyframe Editor
Dieter, I have never posted before, so hope this works.
I had the same problem, but fortunately, it happened just before ProShow shut down and they were able to solve the problem. It has to do with your virus or firewall program blocking Keyframe Editor from opening. ProShow got on my PC remotely and fixed it really quickly! That's the good news. The bad news is I don't know how to tell you how to allow it on all the different virus and firewall software. Maybe you can figure it out. I just wanted to lead you in the right direction. Hope that helps!

Re: Keyframe Editor
Hello funnyguys,
thank you for the Information. I think this is some folder that is wrong. In the future I'll switch to Creator.
i just did my first big show and it looks good. But they still have to do a lot to be as good as PSP. But there are some tools that are new and better than in PSP.
stay healthy and greetings Dieter
