Producer drops to "evaluation copy" mode

Postby banjoguy » Wed Jun 03, 2020 3:12 pm

Tonight after putting together a fairly large project and creating a DVD .ISO image I switched to produce a BluRay .ISO file. When I kicked it off, Producer tried to open a web site, which failed to load (assuming an old Photodex link) and then dropped back to creating the .ISO. Unfortunately, the image now had a yellow band across the middle with the words like "created with evaluation copy..." I tried entering my latest activation code and it failed to accept it saying that the renewal date had been passed. Is there a way to keep Producer functional now?

Just saw an email from Jennifer Clark (Choice Slides) this afternoon stating that the Proshow server which contains all the keys for authorizations has gone offline. Hopefully it will come back soon as I've got output I need to produce. It is unknown when/if it will be back online.

Servers are back online, at least for me in NJ.
