Producer exe files not closing folder

I've just got a new laptop with Win 10 and I find that Producer exe files no longer always close the folder I launched from and the folder remains on top until I close it. This didn't happen with Win 8.1 that I was using on my old laptop. Do you know of any setting to avoid or prevent this happening? I'm thinking of installing Win 8.1 if I can't find how to fix this.

Edit -- Preferences -- Miscellaneous -- startup -- ( Load, Hide, Startup )

Hi,
No, that's about opening PSP itself. I mean when I launch exe files the folder they're in remains visible instead of closing down.
